Refund Policy
At Flylane, we’re committed to providing meaningful and transformative learning experiences powered by AI. Our goal is to ensure every student and partner feels confident and supported when using our products and programs.
If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund terms:
1. AI Camp
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for one-time payments or subscriptions, provided you have not completed or accessed a significant portion of the course or service.
After 7 days, refunds may only be issued in cases of technical issues or billing errors.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds do not apply to partially used subscriptions, expired access periods, or completed digital programs (e.g. AI Camp or learning bundles).
Any personalised services, such as mentorship or live sessions, are non-refundable once they begin.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@flylane.com using the same email you used for your purchase. Include your full name, order ID, and reason for the request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Payment Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Program Modifications or Cancellations
Flylane reserves the right to modify or cancel any program, bundle, or event if necessary. In such cases, users will be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
